In 2015, I completed a yoga teacher training course. Even though I had been practicing for nine years, three of which were in the course, I felt that I had many pieces of knowledge that had not yet been connected into one clear picture. Fast forward a few years, I was privileged to attend the Naya Yoga teacher training course led by Yuval Ben Mordechai and see the learning process from the sidelines. I could see in the students the same doubts and questions that I had, and I saw how an experienced, attentive teacher with a huge passion for teaching can lead them on the path to knowledge and insights. Yuval will soon be opening another course for those who have already taken one course but are left with disconnected puzzle pieces like I once felt. So if this sounds interesting to you, go for it. Thank me later.

Let's start with the fact that Studio Naya is the best place to practice yoga – and not just because everyone is welcomed there, or because the atmosphere is family-like, or because there is always someone to turn to, or because Yuval is a caring teacher who believes in the path and knows how to pass it on with love to his students. I started yoga during the first lockdown of the Corona pandemic. When we were still trying to understand what was happening and what life would look like from now on, Yuval started a joint daily practice at 7:30 a.m. on Zoom, and it suited me perfectly. After about two years of joint practice, during which yoga became a constant motif in my life, I decided to go deeper, and I joined the teacher training course led by Yuval and Nofar. As is Yuval's custom, he also took the course seriously and in depth and invested a lot. Fortunately, similar to the atmosphere in the studio, a cohesive and supportive group was created in the course. We were all there for each other and each for that – to learn yoga and practice it. The course gave me very significant tools with which I continued on. Yuval's guidance and Nofar's assistance helped us deepen and refine the practice in a way that took us to new places that I didn't even know existed. Anyone who knows a little about the path of yoga knows that it doesn't just stay in the studio, or just on the yoga mat. The path of yoga permeates every day and gives a slightly different perspective on things. When I recognize such a moment in the day, I know - it's thanks to the course at Studio Naya. I hope that after the 200 words I wrote, it's clear to everyone that I highly recommend Yuval's course!

Naya Yoga is the studio where I have both taught and chosen to come as a student for years, a family atmosphere, safe and pleasant. The course with Yuval strengthened me on a physical and mental level. I chose to take another teacher course with Yuval after the teacher course I had taken, with a desire to explore Vijnana Yoga in depth, and on a personal level to become physically stronger, to refine my technical understanding of postures, transitions, holding and proper use of the body. Based on my early acquaintance with Yuval, I knew that I would find exactly what I was looking for with him. Highly recommend!!!️

When we started the teacher training course, I declared to everyone that I was deepening my personal training, and that I did not intend to teach or be a yoga teacher, that sounded very far from me. Yuval and Nofar made me fall in love with teaching yoga in the first year, to explore my training and from there to teach yoga. One of the wonderful questions that Yuval asked us was - what kind of yoga teacher do you want to be? And from there everything unfolded like magic, exactly as it was supposed to happen (probably

Naya Yoga Studio has been my second home for 5 years, the teacher training course ignited a deep journey of self-study about my physiology and psyche that continues to this day and is constantly changing and evolving. Yuval and Nofar's sensitivity and gentleness was like a landing pad for more challenging days and I thank them for the opportunity to learn from the rich knowledge they had to offer.

I studied a 500-hour teacher training course with Yuval. I am grateful that Yuval has been my teacher throughout my journey in yoga. The course is very professional and authentic, Yuval lives it and it is expressed in the lessons and allows students to develop at their own pace. Highly recommended, thank you, Naamina.
